The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BOBBY L. BRUMLOW, is a non- resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that BOBBY L. BRUMLOW, Respondent, serve upon BRITTANY NICHOLE BRUMLOW, Petitioner, whose address is 2104 12th Av, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before August 27, 2025.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
