The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Adoration Hospice Care Acquisitions, LLC, CON File #25-5-13339-A, to become the sole member of Housecalls Home Health and Hospice, LLC, providing services to Calhoun, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt and Wood Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure $6,700,000.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
