The WWW Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to its organizational By-Laws. The proposed amendment would authorize meetings of the Policy Board and its committees to be held in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 121.221. The addition would be formally adopted as Article VIII – Virtual and Hybrid Meetings.
In accordance with the public participation requirements for WWW, a 45-day public comment period is required prior to Policy Board action on the proposed change. The comment period will begin July 31, 2025. The draft amendment is available for review on the WWW website at triplew.org.
Comments may be submitted by contacting Vincent Post III at (304) 699-3721. All comments must be received by 4 PM on September 16, 2025, to be considered in the decision-making process. Any person in need of assistance, sign, or foreign language interpretation should call the number listed above by September 9, 2025.
