On or about January 29, 2022, the above-named child, M.P., was born to AMANDA JONES. It appears that the wherabouts of the father, UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on August 18, 2025, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The UNKNOWN FATHER has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JENNY COCHRAN, 1130 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3333.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect to the above-named child, M.P.
