Invitation to Bid #ST 26-05
2-2025 or Newer 3/4 Ton Pickup Trucks with a
Utility Body
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of 2- 2025 or newer 3/4 ton pickup trucks with a utility body.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna Utility Board Office at 210 60 th Street between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Sealed proposals will be received until Monday August 25, 2025, at 9:00am , at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID ST #26-05.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
