The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It is hereby ordered that Respondent, THEODORE FRANCIS WELLS, IV. serve upon JESSICA DAWN WELLS, Petitioner, whose address is 47 Powell Dr, Apt 25, Parkersburg, WV, 26101, an answer, on or before September 8, 2025.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
