Mary J. Calendine (04/24/1925) who lived at 3321 Foley Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104, died on May 30th, 2025. There is no personal representative of the Estate of Mary J. Calendine to whom Letters of Authority have been issued because there is no estate to probate. Mary J. Calendine is the Settlor of a Trust established March 28, 2017.
Creditors of Mary J. Calendine are notified that all claims against Mary J. Calendine, the Estate of Mary J. Calendine, or Mary J. Calendine’s Trust of March 28, 2017 will be forever banned unless presented to National Advisors Trust Company, Trustee, 800 E 101st Terrace #300, Kansas City, MO 64131, within 60 days after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
