The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used all due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ordered that Respondent, Kimberly D. Hickson. serve upon Brian K. Hickson, Petitioner, whose address is in c/o Celeste Ridgway, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, , an answer, on or before September 17, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
