Invitation to Bid:
Excavation, Plumbing, and Decking for 3 exterior 3 Bin
commercial sinks
Experience Learning is accepting sealed bids for excavation, plumbing, and decking services for multi-site improvements at The Spruce Knob Mountain Center (Circleville, WV) and Sweetwater Farm (Sugar Grove, WV). All bids must be sealed, clearly marked “Bid for Sink Project,” and received by Jackie Lambert at 18 Woodlands Way, Circleville, WV 26804 by September 11, 2025.

The project must be completed by November 1, 2025. Experience Learning reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
Project Components:
Excavation: 
– Each site must be excavated to connect to existing water/septic systems while ensuring structural integrity and proper foot traffic flow. 
-Shower House: General excavation of 25’x30′ area and leveling, ensuring alignment with existing water lines and structures. Trenching of 75′ for wastewater system integration. 
-Main Yurt: Decking removal, excavation for new installations of a 27’x42′ area and a 90′ trench for wastewater system integration.
-Sweetwater Farm: General leveling, including a 60-foot trench for wastewater system integration. 
– Bid must include transportation, delivery, labor, and materials. 
Plumbing: 
-Contractors must supply and install plumbing for each three-bin sink. Sinks are L&J model LJ1821-3RL, 90″ length. Faucet centers 8″.
-Connections to existing water/septic systems must include shut-off valves, winterization capabilities (e.g., removable drains), and vacuum breakers on faucets. 
– Shower House: Integration with the main water line at site and overflow filters approximately 75′ away.
-Main Yurt: Connection to existing hot water heater and water supply approximately 20′ away and septic drainage approximately 90′ away. 
-Sweetwater Farm: Connection to current kitchen water supply on opposite side of wall that sink will be located. connection of drains to current septic drainage approximately 60′ away.
– Bid must include delivery, labor, and materials. 
Decking: 
-Installation of decking surrounding sinks at Spruce Knob Mountain Center
– Shower House: Construction of a new deck approximately 6’x12′ with overhang of approximately 8’x15′ must be at least 9′ above decking to integrate with existing structures while maintaining plumbing access. 
– Main Yurt: Creation of a new deck connecting to existing infrastructure, ensuring accessibility and plumbing access approximately 27’x25′.
