Notice is given that ECO USA, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a Chemical Manufacturing Facility located on 516 Camden Street, Parkersburg, in Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Lat 39.26 Long -81.54
The applicant estimates an Increased of 8.86 tons potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Mineral Acid 1.0 tons per year
Particulate Matter 15.0 tons per year
Benzene 0.06 tons per year (125 lbs per year)
PM10 5.0 tons per year
Lead 1.0 tons per year
NOX 5.0 tons per year
VOC 1.0 tons per year
SO2 1.0 tons per year
CO 5.0 tons per year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of November, 2025. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
