A. Firms are invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at:
402 Avery Street
Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101
An optional site visit will occur on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 10:30 AM-2:30 PM.
B. Bids will be due at 12 PM local standard time on the day of October 7, 2025 at 610 Market Street 3rd Floor, Parkersburg, WV 26101 at the Attention of Lindsey Piersol for:
Project: 402 Avery Street Renovations
A public bid opening will take place directly after bids are due.
C. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 00 2113 – Instructions to Bidders.
D. Project Description: Exterior and interior alterations to the facility for the purposes of creating a multitenant business building. Alterations include architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical scope of work.
E. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be viewed/obtained from the following online planrooms, any associated costs shall be the responsibility of the Bidder(s):

F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
G. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 – Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 3100 – Available Project Information.
H. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
I. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
J. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive any informalities
