The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to: Any/All Unknown Heirs to the Estate of Charles Nicholson, NorthStar Acquisition Corporation, and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a trustee’s sale pursuant to a Deed of Trust, executed by Charles Nicholson and Sarah Nicholson, secured by the property located at 910 19th St, Vienna, West Virginia 26105. This Deed of Trust was recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of County of Wood in Document No. 8799361, in Book No. 2036, at page 89.
Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before , which date is no sooner than thirty (30) days after entry of this Order of Publication.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two (2) successive week in The Parkersburg News and Sentinel newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wood, West Virginia.
