The object of the above entitled suit is the recovery of damages from personal injury.
It is ORDERED, pursuant to West Virginia Code §56-2-2, that Defendant Alyssa Faith Sharp, whose last known address is believed to be located in Randolph County, West Virginia, serve upon Sean J. Sawyer, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 320 Adams Street Suite 201, Post Office Box 567, Fairmont, West Virginia, 26554, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication hereof, and do what is necessary to protect his/her interest herein; otherwise, judgement by default may be rendered at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
