It is hereby ordered that Chelsy Stancil serve upon Kaleb Dilley, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, an Answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before October 1, 2025. If you fail to Answer the Petition, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
