Notice is hereby given that J.F. ALLEN COMPANY, P.O. BOX 2049, 2133 OLD WESTON RD, BUCKHANNON, WV 26201 has submitted an application for Permit Number Q200197 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV, 26416-1600, in order to add 4.5 acres of additional support area.
The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Tygart Valley River of the Monongahela Riverand is located near ELKINS in LEADSVILLE District of Randolph County, Longitude 79 54 31 and Latitude 38 55 37 (Cooridinates from USGS Topopgraphic Map).
