NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the following decedent=s estate:
ETHEL MARIE HAMMER
The Final Settlement and/or Waiver of Final Settlement in the above captioned estate has been presented before me by the respective Fiduciaries of said estate for approval, which report was retained in my office at 600 South Randolph Avenue, Suite 1, Elkins, West Virginia, for a 10 day period therefrom.
I have approved this report of Settlement as presented and will file the same with the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on January 16, 2026.
Any person having any interest in said estate may appear before the County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
