NOTICE TO ASPHALT PAVING CONTRACTORS Jackson County Schools is seeking bids for paving and asphalt sealing and striping projects. Bids will be received for the following projects: Striping Package (priced together): 1. Ripley High School: Seal and stripe upper lot approximately 44,000 sq ft. 2. Ravenswood High School: Seal and stripe lot approximately 36,000 sq ft. Individual Projects (priced individually): 1. Ripley High School lower lot. 2. Ripley Elementary drop off area. 3. Ripley High School/ Board Office lot. 4. Transportation facility – New pavement. 5. Transportation facility – patch. 6. Drivers Education area. NOTE: Other projects may be added for consideration. Projects to be completed will be identified after bids are received. There is no guarantee any or all projects will be funded. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at the Jackson County Board of Education Administrative Building beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, for the purpose of obtaining bid documents, reviewing the areas to be serviced, clarifying the scope of work, taking measurements, and verifying information needed to complete the work.
