NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION AND LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF RAVENSWOOD AND SMOKEHOUSE PAVILLION, LLP The Common Council for the City of Ravenswood, West Virginia, will conduct a public hearing regarding the Resolution and lease between the City and Smokehouse Pavillion, LLP, for the new business incubator and welcome center site adjacent to Washington Lands Riverfront Park in Ravenswood, on May, 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Ravenswood Municipal Complex, 3rd Floor, 1 Wall Street, Ravenswood, West Virginia, 26164. Any interested party may appear and file objections to the proposed Resolution, either verbally or in writing. The proposed Resolution will be considered, and the Common Council will vote regarding the adoption of the Resolution on the day of the public hearing. Copies of the proposed Resolution may be obtained at the Ravenswood Municipal Complex between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The City of Ravenswood.
