TRUSTEE’S SALE OF
VALUABLE REAL ESTATE
The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in it by that certain Deed of Trust dated September 18, 2023, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 230, at Page 525, Allison N. Corbin did convey unto David G. Palmer, Trustee, certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Pill & Pill, PLLC as Substitute Trustee by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on
July 8, 2026 , at 4:38 PM
The following described real estate, with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Slate District, Wood County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the District of Slate, County of Wood, State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Known and described as Lot Nos. 9, 10, 28 and 29 on the Plat of Camp 77 which plat of said “Camp 77” is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia in Plat Book No. 8, at Page 29, to which reference is made for a more particular description of said lots.

This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, restrictions, reservations and protective covenants, including but not limited to all oil, gas and mineral exceptions, reservations and leases, appearing in the chain of title.

At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 113 Cedar Lane, Mineral Wells, WV 26150.

AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Allison N. Corbin, by Deed dated September 18, 2023, from Leann Adams, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1361 at Page 781.
The above-described property will be sold subject to any covenants, restrictions, easements, leases and conditions of record, and subject to any unpaid real estate taxes.
The subject property will be sold in “AS IS” condition. The Substitute Trustee shall be under no duty to cause any existing tenant or person occupying the subject property to vacate said property.
