Please take notice that on the 18th day of June, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Ron Bauer, for a Variance from Schedule 4.11.H: To increase the maximum ratio of an accessory building to the principal building from 50{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} to 95{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}. Purpose of Request: To construct an in-ground swimming pool.
The property is described as follows:

Lot numbered sixty (60) of a parcel of land laid out into lots by C. Albert Keim, Trustee, and known as “Echo Point,” a Plat of which is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 1, page 38.
