Declaratory Judgment and any additional relief as the
Court Deems proper.

Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense
he or she may have to the Complaint filed in this action
on or before the 31st day of May, 2020. If you fail to do
so, thereafter, judgment upon proper hearing and trial
may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the
Petition.
Rule 4(e) (1) (C) of the WV Rules of Civil Procedure
states:
(C) That the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain
the residence or whereabouts of the defendant, without
effect.
