The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CYNTHIA ELIZABETH BARKER, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CYNTHIA ELIZABETH BARKER, Respondent, serve upon BRIAN LEE BARKER, petitioner, whose address is 2394 CARPENTER RUN ROAD, WAVERLY WV 26184 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 3, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
