It appearing that the Father, JOSH BOWMAN, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on DECEMBER 4, 2020, at the hour of 2:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JOSH BOWMAN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, GARRETT VILLERS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 157, ST. MARYS, WV 26170 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 684-9484.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOSH BOWMAN with respect of the above-named child, I.B.
