LUBECK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Public Service Board of Lubeck Public Service District (the “District”) will hold a regular meeting at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at the District’s office at 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia, for the following purposes:
1. To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2020 A (West Virginia Infrastructure Fund), in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,000,000 (the “Bonds”), to permanently finance certain costs of the previously completed Project through the payment of the District’s Sewerage System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2015 (West Virginia Infrastructure Fund) (the “Prior Notes”).
2. To consider and adopt a proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds.
3. To consider and approve all other documents and matters in connection with the payment of the Prior Notes.
This meeting is open to the press and the public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
