TO THOMAS E. INGRAM AND CARLA L. INGRAM:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that you are each non-residents of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in this State upon whom service may be had, you should take notice that a civil suit has been filed against you by the Plaintiffs herein whereby the Plaintiffs seek a declaration from this Court to quiet title to real estate located at 1100 4th Avenue, in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood, and State of West Virginia in which you may have or may have had an interest. You may obtain a copy of the Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate from the Clerk of this Court. You must each appear and defend this action on or before thirty (30) days next following the date this Order is first published; otherwise, judgment by default will be rendered against you, and each of you, at any time thereafter. You must serve a copy of any response to the Complaint upon counsel for the Plaintiffs, Andrew C. Woofter, III, at 2104 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court.
