On or about March 20, 2007, B.W., the above-named child, and on or about May 16, 2010, J.W., the above-named child, was born to JESSICA MCGEE. It appearing that the Mother, JESSICA MCGEE, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on DECEMBER 22, 2020, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, JESSICA MCGEE, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, JESSICA MYERS, P.O. BOX 287, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3600.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, JESSICA MCGEE, with respect of the above-named children, B.W. and J.W.
