It is hereby ordered that, JAMES ANDREW GREENE, IV, Respondent, serve upon MELISSA MARIE GREENE, Petitioner, whose address is 4454 19TH AVE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 15, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
