PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wood-Washington- Wirt Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) well hold a quarterly meeting on December 16, 2020 at 10 AM in the conference room at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council located at 709 Market Street in Parkersburg, WV. During the meeting the Policy Board will be requested to consider amendments to the Fiscal Year 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP documents highway, transit, and bicycle and pedestrian projects programmed over the four-year period utilizing federal funding. In accordance with public participation requirements for WWW, anyone interested in reviewing the proposed amendments can visit the agency website located at www.triplew.org for project specific information, or contact the WWW office at (304) 422-4993 extension 1250. Any review comments must be submitted by 4 PM on December 15 to be considered in the decision-making process. Due to safety concerns related to COVID-19 the meeting will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. The Team meeting can be accessed via the link provided on the website listed above. All WWW board meetings are open to the public. This notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment satisfies the program of projects public participation requirements.
