NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Public Service Board of the Northern Jackson County Public Service District (the “District”) will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the District’s office at 39 Gilmore Drive, Sandyville, West Virginia, for the following purposes:
1. To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Water Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2020, in the aggregate principal amount of not more than $1,500,000 (the “Bonds”), to finance the costs of refunding the District’s outstanding Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1995, Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1999, Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2005 B and Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2005 C (the “Refunding”), for debt service savings.
2. To consider and adopt a proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds and the Refunding.
3. To consider and approve all other resolution documents and matters in connection with the Refunding.
This meeting is open to the press and the public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
