The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JAY ARDEN MOBBS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JAY ARDEN MOBBS, Respondent, serve upon KAYTLYN LORI MOBBS, C/O CLELSTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 18, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
