On or about October 22, 2020, B.B.M. the above-named child was born to MICHELE MAYHEW. It appearing that the Mother, MICHELE MAYHEW, of the above-named child’s whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 5, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, MICHELE MAYHEW, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, GEORGE TORRES, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 3901 BRISCOE RUN ROAD, PARKWAY CENTER, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (818) 331-7103.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, MICHELE MAYHEW, with respect to the above-named child, B.B.M.
