On or about September 29, 2020 M.C., the above-named child, was born to JASMINE ROLLYSON. On or about February 23, 2006 B.W. the above-named child, was born to CHRISTINA WHITECOTTON. On or about March 20, 2004 A.W., the above-named child, was born to CHRISTINA WHITECOTTON. On an unknown date A.S., the above-named child, was born to MICHELLE SUMMERS. It appearing that the Father, JASON CAPLINGER, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 4, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JASON CAPLINGER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
