TO CREDITORS AND
BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF
SYBIL ANN ROGERS
All persons having claims against the above estate, of the said Sybil Ann Rogers, DECEASED, weather due or not notified to exhibit same with the vouchers thereof, legall verified, to the undersigned, at his office, 331 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, on or before the sixtieth day following the first publication of this notice, otherwise they may by law be excluded from all benefits of said estate. All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interest.
NOTE: This notice is mailed to all beneficiaries of the estate to inform them of the last date when creditors may submit their bills and of the beneficiaries’ right to examine those bills. Usually, there is no need for a beneficiary to examine the bills as the Executor will make sure the bills are proper before paying them. Beneficiaries DO NOT have to do anything else in response to this notice. It is for information purposes.
