Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for an R13 Permit Modification for a Natural Gas Transmission Station located on State Route 21, near Rockport, in Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.06764, -81.55167
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
VOC = 9.82 tpy
CO = 14.71 tpy
NOx = 16.93 tpy
PM10/2.5 = 1.29 tpy
CO2e = 35,831.38 tpy
HAPs = 0.42 tpy
Methanol = 0.16 tpy
Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
