THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ADJUDICATE AN ALLEGATION OF ABANDONMENT BY JERRY HARTLEY, FATHER OF SAID J.N. and J.N., INFANTS.
TO THE ABOVE-NAMED JERRY HARTLEY, FATHER OF SAID J.N. and J.N., INFANTS.
It is hereby ordered that Jerry Hartley, father of said J.N. and J.N., infants, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 24th day of February, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. o’clock or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said J.N. and J.N., infants, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
