THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ADJUDICATE AN ALLEGATION OF ABANDONMENT BY TIFFANY (NORMAN) RADABAUGH, MOTHER OF SAID J.N., J.N., J.N., and J.R., INFANTS.
TO THE ABOVE-NAMED TIFFANY (NORMAN) RADABAUGH, MOTHER OF SAID J.N., J.N., J.N. and J.R., INFANTS.
It is hereby ordered that Tiffany (Norman) Radabaugh, mother of said J.N., J.N., J.N. and J.R., infants, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 24th day of February, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. o’clock or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said J.N., J.N., J.N. and J.R., infants, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, TIFFANY (NORMAN) RADABAUGH, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JUDITH MCCULLOUGH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 210 East Main Street, Harrisville, WV 26362, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 643-4888.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Mother, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Ritchie County Courthouse, Harrisville, Ritchie County, West Virginia.
