On or about October 30, 2017 K.B. and on or about November 26, 2018. the above named children, were born to DEVIN LEWIS. It appearing that the Father, SHAWN BAILEY, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled on FEBRUARY 22, 2021, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, SHAWN BAILEY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, The Fourth Circuit Public Defender Corporation, 320 JULIANA STREET, SUITE 101, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, SHAWN BAILEY with respect of the above-named children K.B. and A. B.
