LEGAL NOTICE – BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON MARCH 17, 2021, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:

A. Applicant/ Owner: Parkersburg Utility Board
Requesting a variance to install a water tower in the
2200 Block of 13th Avenue, in an R-3 District.

B. Applicant/ Owner: Parkersburg Utility Board
Requesting a variance to install a water booster (pump)
station at 2002 12th Avenue, in an R-3 District.

C. Applicant/ Owner: Charles Rexroad dba Mid-Ohio
Valley Maintenance & Rentals, LLC
Requesting a conditional use to operate his business and
storage of his work materials, as well as maintain
a one-unit apartment at 1301 Avery Street, in an
R-3 District.

Requesting a variance to re-establish a duplex at
619-621 13th Street, in an R-4 District.
