Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of February, 2021, at 1:00 p..m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Edith Diane Meredith Cunningham will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge R. A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Edith Diane Meredith Cunningham to Diane Meredith Cunningham. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
