On or about April 28, 2020, R.K., and on or about January 3, 2019, E.W., the above-named children were born to MARCELINE KNOPP. It appearing that the Father, PAUL WALKER, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on MARCH 15, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, PAUL WALKER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, PAUL WALKER, with respect of the above-named children, R.K. and E.W.
