Holders of Unredeemed Pari-Mutuel Tickets.
You and each of you are hereby notified to present to the undersigned at its office, 900 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 533 Charleston, WV 25302, within ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, any unredeemed pari-mutuel tickets purchased during the meet ending June 30, 2015 at the Wheeling Island Racetrack, Wheeling, WV.
You are hereby further notified that any such ticket that shall not be presented for payment within ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, dated this 1st day of October, 2015, shall become the property of the State of West Virginia.
