The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant(s) in the amount of $374.11 for Imposed Grass & Weeds maintenance fees for 2019 Mowing seasons on the property located at 928 Lynn Street under Article 1113 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Parkersburg and pre judgement interest through 1-31-21 plus interest from the date of judgement, plus court costs.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant serve upon Joe Kuhl whose address is 401 2nd Street Suite 12 Parkersburg WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 31st, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
