REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The Ritchie County Board of Education is seeking Request for Proposals from interested vendors to provide and install duct mounted ionization generators for the HVAC systems at Ritchie County Middle/High School located at 201 Ritchie County School Road STE 1 Ellenboro, WV 26346 and Smithville Elementary School located at 157 Main Street Smithville, WV 26178. Minimum Specifications are listed later in this document. Vendors may submit any additional material they feel would allow for a better understanding of their Proposal.
Interested vendors are invited to submit three (3) copies of their Proposals and any other relevant documentation no later than 10:00 am, Thursday, March 18, 2021. Submit Request for Proposals to Jim Brown, Superintendent Ritchie County Board of Education 134 South Penn Avenue Harrisville, WV 26362
