PUBLIC NOTICE
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved an application submitted by PI Telecom Infrastructure V, LLC to construct a 195-foot monopole tower within a 100-year floodplain located at 1835 Williamstown Pike in Williamstown, Wood County, WV. Pursuant to Section 1.1307 of the FCC rules (47 CFR 1.1307 (a) et Seq.) an Environmental Assessment (EA) was completed and found that the proposed undertaking would not have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment. On October 7, 2015, the FCC completed an independent review of the EA and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). FCC File No. A0974463
