On or about December 10, 2017, N.G., on or about August 21, 2008, R.G., and on or about February 15, 2013, J.G., the above-named children were born to MICHELLE GEARHEART. It appearing that the Mother, MICHELLE GEARHEART, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on APRIL 7, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, MICHELLE GEARHEART, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, MICHELLE GEARHEART, with respect of the above-named children, N.G., R.G., and J.G.
