unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, MATHEW WAYNE LEWIS, Respondent, serve upon STEPHANIE DAWN LEWIS, petitioner, whose address is 410 SHARON ST., MINERAL WELLS, WV 26150, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 17, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
