Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of April 2021, at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Laruen Elizabeth Parsons and Charles Richard Hill will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Nathan Alexander Parsons to Nathan Alexander Hill. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
