CLOVER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Clover Volunteer Fire Department and Roane County Commission is seeking competitive bids for a communications tower including site prep, foundation, tower, fencing, grounding and other equipment installation as outlined in specifications.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked as “Clover VFD Tower” and must be received by April 23, 2021 at 11:00 am when all bids will be publically opened and read at the Roane County Commission meeting. Mail Bids to Roane County Commission 200 Main Street, Spencer, WV 25276.
Detailed specifications for the project are available online at roanewv.com or at the Clover VFD. Contractors must be licensed, insured and able to perform work in West Virginia.
The Clover VFD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. All bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening.
