NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with an Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, Civil Action No: 20-D-217, C. Blaine Myers, Special Commissioner, shall offer for sale at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse, 1 Court Square, Third and Market Streets, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, on April 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. certain real property located in the City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows:
BEING all of Lot No. 7 of Panorama Addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 2, at Page 43, reference to which plat so of record is hereby made and had for a more particular description of said property
Property Address: 1713 23rd Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Sale of property shall be offered for sale to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia. Terms for sale shall be a ten (10%) percent deposit on day of sale, with the balance to be paid within a reasonable time as determined by the Special Commissioner and Purchaser, and as approved by the Court.
In the event a Federal Tax Lien is filed encumbering the property described above, any sale of said property is subject to the right of redemption pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2410, or any other applicable law.
