PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 19th day of February, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Donald R. Kirsch, Administrator, Good Shepherd Nursing Home, LC, located at 159 Edgington Lane, for a variance from Table 9-C: To increase the maximum number of signs per tenant in the EMO Zone from 2 to 9, and to increase the maximum size of signage in the EMO District from 100 sq. ft. to 323 sq. ft. Purpose of Request: To place new sign (224 sq. ft.) on the building.
